Atlantic Interactions in Brazil
Integrating Space, Climate, Oceans and Data Sciences through North-South/South-North Cooperation
This event is an intergovernmental initiative to promote the sustainable exploration of the Atlantic and develop scientific and technological research through a network of interaction between researchers from different countries, including Brazil.
The meeting took place on November 21 and 22, 2017, in Florianópolis. This date was set during an INCOBRA (Incresing International STI Cooperation between Brazil and the European Union) event entitled “A New Era of Blue Enlightenment”, which took place between the 12th and 14th of July in Lisbon, with the participation of researchers and representatives of Brazilian government agencies, including FAPESC Director Sérgio Gargioni.
